Global Iberia Estates has closed a deal with the Franco-Israeli operator Sweet Inn for the management of its portfolio in Barcelona. The transaction was advised by Konta Partners.
Additionally, Globe Iberia will work with Konta Partners to assess the acquisition of tourist buildings and hotels requiring capex or renovations in Madrid and Barcelona.
